it is not the same technique. it's not same passion for turnovers that this team -- lovie's teams set records for turnovers and that's really what they did. they made you go a long way and then tillman or jennings or urlacher or briggs or somebody would knock that football out going 10, 12 plays on a drive. and that has not been the case this year. >> al: lovie has his own problems in tampa bay. a team that's won one game this season. this is going to take us to the two-minute warning. and we are finally there. two minutes to go.

invasion. some cold temperatures are coming our way. we will be saying good-bye to the mild weather we are enjoying right now. you will need to bundle up later this week. brittney shipp has the changes headed our way. >> i amtraking the changes but it won't be for the next couple of days. tomorrow warmer than today. a dry start to the workweek, a cold blast son its way. put that on the radar. the cold air will shift closer to us and transition in to philadelphia. it is going to take a while before this happens. ufr fine on monday, tuesday and wednesday in this 60s. wednesday in to thursday a 15-degree drop. we will head from the 60s to the mid-40s for daytime highs and probably going to stay there for a few days. i will go over that in the seven-day forecast but the wakeup temperatures show a cold start in the morning. 43 in philadelphia, 39 reading.

developing story out of the bahamas tonight. a small plane crashed on approach to the island of grand bahama killing all nine people on board the cause of the crash has not yet been determined. a new threat to a popular car service. the philadelphia parking authority may be moving from fines to arrests for uber drivers. randy gyllenhaal talked to drivers and the ppa. >> reporter: on philadelphia streets these day s a taxi cab may look like this or very well may blend in like any other car on the streechlt as of last month uber x launched in the city letting anyone with a new car and clean driving record operate their own transportation business. >> you can see he is coming up 7th street now. >> from the corner of 8th and market street we use the uber x iphone app, hailing a driver using the new ride share

service. >> what's happening, man. we are going to rittenhouse square. >> reporter: it costs us 8 bucks but he and his colleagues are on edge because the philadelphia parking authority has been fining drivers $1,000, impounding their personal cars, even threatening arrests. >> someone is going to get hurt or killed. >> reporter: vince from the ppa says uber x is clearly breaking the law. the drivers operating personal cars aren't registered with the city. >> they are not licensed, not inspected. we don't know what type of insurance. it is a hack cab service and they are trying to bully their way in. >> in a statement uber said ppa is in the pocket of taxi owners stuck in the ways of the past attacking consumers choice to protect big taxi's wallet is a disservice to philadelphia. >> my issue is anybody can do it. >> reporter: some skepticism from philly residents and the feeling the cab industry needs to evolve. >> if someone can do your job

better than you can they will get more of your business. >> reporter: the ppa says they have impounded 14 cars and will consider arrests but would rather hit uber corporate in their offices. >> it would be more appropriate to charge the executives of uber with aiding and abetting an illegal cab service to get, as you would say in the criminal hi industry, the kingpins. >> reporter: for uber x to legally operate here, legislators in harrisburg would have to amend the rules and regulations. uber says they will be paying for the fines their drivers may get in a ppa -- >> an alert for drivers who use the burlington bristol bridge. it is closed and until 5:00 in the morning because of road construction. you can expect another closure on wednesday night in to thursday. in that case, though, one lane will still get by. a big change for drivers at the pump. gas prices are still falling.

prices below $3 a gallon for regular all over our area. that's 27 cents les less than a year ago. and even better, the trend is expected to continue. the average price in the philadelphia area is still $3.2 a gallon. in south jersey 2.71, in delaware 2.83. doug shimell looks at what this means for the upcoming holiday travel season. >> whether it is the plunging price of crude oil, the experts say the numbers on these pumps will continue to fall. >> we're seeing prices we haven't seen in this region in nearly four years. >> reporter: this was always the season to be gouged at the gas pump, but not this holiday travel season. >> triple aaa expects the demanr exceed. in the first time in four years,

and they will be at 0 or below $3 for regular. in winfield, doug shimell, nbc 10 news. kenneth bae's sister says the american freed from two years captivity in north korea enjoyed pizza after returning to the united states. he said that he was in better shape than his family expected. the missionary was released along with matthew miller from california kravm both were flown in to washington state around midnight. they were accompanied by the director of national intelligence james clapper and his intervention led to their release. >> i want to thank you for supporting me and lifting me up and not forgetting me. >> reporter: bae had been held more than two years in a labor camp for alleged anti-government activities. miller, who did not speak to the media, was arrested last spring after reportedly ripping up his visa at an airport. he was charged with espionage and sentenced to hard labor.

flight attendance at american airlines rejected a five-year contract forcing the airline and the union for cab and crew workers in to binding arbitration. it was a close decision, just 16 votes blocked the contract. the rejection of the contract effects 24,000 workers and complicates the integration of american airlines and u.s. airways. the two merged last year to form the world's biggest airline operator. the proposed account included guaranteed raises but ended a profit-sharing plan. lighting up the night. more than 7,000 people took part in the leukemia lymphoma society's annual light the night walk through center city. each carried an illuminated lantern which carries meaning for the walkers. white for survivors, and the goal of the walk is to build awareness of blood cancers and raise money for research. some local students do their

a new york state sheriff's deputy is suspended without pay tonight. he was captured on video cursing and apparently slapping a man he was questioning. colin fitch said he was confronted friday night in the parking lot of a wal-mart store in half moon. sergeant sean glans demanded to search his car after spotting a rifle in his backseat. fitch said he intentionally remained calm while he got more agitated. >> why? >> you can't do that.
